Had a last minute change in Airbnb spots, but Dave was very accommodating. Early check last minute to accommodate our families. Late check out. Perfect spot for us to stay while our boys played baseball at Cooperstown ASV. Dave had great recommendations for food nearby. Thanks for everything Dave!

Dave was very responsive and helpful. He responded to emails quickly and was available via phone/text on the day of check-in and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We stayed with a large family (9 adults plus 1 kid) and everyone was comfortable with their own space. The full kitchen and outdoor BBQ was a hit. We were very close to downtown and many mornings, grandpa and grandson took a walk to main street. My oldest son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village and we were a very convenient drive from the fields. We were also a short drive from Wal-Mart. The house was clean and exceeded expectations, especially for the price. Yes, this is an older home, however most homes in this area are. The squeaky wood floors added to the charm :) The bathrooms are updated! Overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you Dave!

The house was a little older than expected, but the bathrooms were re-done and the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer were all new. The beds were very comfortable. This place is very spacious, and a convenient 5 minute drive if you are in town for CASV. This house could comfortably host multiple families and also has a fenced in side yard. Dave and his on site manager were both very accomodating and great communicators. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for a stay while your player is at Cooperstown, especially All Star Village. Comfortable beds and accommodations. House is well stocked with linens and supplies. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot in Oneonta.

If you are looking for a great location for multiple families to book rentals for All Star Village weeks, please contact Dave! He was AMAZING to work with and quick to respond to any questions. He has several properties close together that we’re great for us walking to hang out during the evenings after games.

This is a great place and an amazing home. Spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. Pretty town in the hills. Very fast WiFi. Only thing is if you’re going to be cooking a lot, I would recommend bringing some sharp knives & a nonstick pan or 2, the kitchen is stocked & has a ton of cups, plates, etc., but it only has the basics for cooking. The stove & fridge & laundry are new and excellent. The drive up from Manhattan is beautiful too. Not super close to the house itself, but on the way to/from the city—it’s very easy to stop at the Woodstock festival grounds on the way up/back. Loved my stay there; the yard is excellent & the weather extraordinarily temperate for the summer.
