The property was exactly as listed and perfect for our quick weekend getaway to Cooperstown. The home is very comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. Dave has clearly put a lot of thought into the details, making everything easy and enjoyable. The location is super convenient, with quick access to Cooperstown and several nearby breweries.

Dave’s place was just perfect! All we had to bring was our suitcase—it had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to beautiful bathrooms and a super fun, comfy living space. Dave’s house was wonderful! Five elegant and updated bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area. My family of 6 was in town for a wedding and the house worked out perfectly. Our host Dave was terrific.

We stayed at this historic 1890 home in Oneonta with four families while in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament, and it was the perfect choice for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, and the original woodwork throughout is absolutely beautiful—such a unique touch that really added to the experience. While there was limited air conditioning on the main level, it was surprisingly comfortable even during 90+ degree days. All of the bedrooms had air conditioning units, so sleeping was very comfortable, and everyone in our large group had plenty of space. This property was a great fit for multiple families traveling together, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Our trip to Oneonta was amazing! We had a wonderful week-long stay while our son played at All Star Village. The location was incredibly convenient. It was only a short drive to the fields and close to restaurants and grocery stores as well. The condo was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The host was great to work with. He was clear and timely with directions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our baseball trip, and we’d definitely recommend it to other families coming to All Star Village.
