Dave was a great host and had a great place to stay. It was the perfect location close to All Star Village while we were there for our son’s baseball tournament. My dogs loved being there too and the neighborhood was perfect to take them on walks. Would definitely recommend Dave’s place.

Dave’s place was perfect for our stay in the area for a baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was fully stocked and Dave was so helpful! We would absolutely recommend this to other baseball families!

Great location for our Cooperstown All-Star-Village week. We were able to go back and forth between games easily- 15 minutes round trip! Clean apartment and responsive and friendly host. No complaints!

This apartment was about 10 mins away from CASV where my son was playing baseball. It was convenient. I only used the apartment for sleep and showers since I was all day at the ball fields, it met my needs.

I was extremely happy with our stay. We were in town for All Star Village, and it was only my daughter and I. The apartment was very clean, and everything was perfect for the two of us. Very happy with our experience!
