If you are looking for the best place to stay in the Cooperstown area- You Found It! The Best Location in the area for Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame Dreams Park, Weddings & Ommegang Brewery! Located on a country road, this house is all new inside rebuilt in 2016. It has new appliances, leather couch & chairs, flat screen TV's in all rooms, huge washer/dryer, queen beds, outdoor deck and furniture. The house is 3 miles to downtown area, 1.8 miles the Dreams Park and 2.6 miles to Ommegang Brewery.

Other Details to Note

Activities nearby: Susquehanna River activities, Goodyear Lake, Otsego Lake, golf, hiking, Cooperstown shopping . Also, Ommegang Brewery, Red Shed Brewery is 2 miles south of the house. Great places for lunch or dinner!

Dave’s home is a 5min drive from the downtown of Cooperstown but also conveniently 5min the other direction from great breweries making it very central to our getaway plans! 15-20min in either direction also gets you to great farms/orchards. We were also able to watch the baseball post season games from the living room TV raku with no issue which is great for being in a baseball town! The heat works great (instructions were clear in the check in note). The pack and play (babytrend brand) crib was clean and worked well for our 6 week old baby. We brought our own sheets for this and watched a quick YouTube video to learn the proper set up on locking it. Very clean and easy stay.

There is no way this is not the best vacation rental opportunity in all of Cooperstown NY. The place sort of looks like an old farmhouse on the exterior, and given its location, it fits into the countryside nicely. But inside you find every amenity, ample space, upgraded flooring and bathroom and kitchen and living. I was solo, but I could see this being perfect for a family of 4 or more, or even for the boys of summer that must visit to play baseball and visit the Hall of Fame. This is what airbnb is all about. Perfection.

This was a clean home, well stocked and comfortable. Easy 5 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown. Known for the Baseball Museum, but also quaint shopping and restaurants. Minutes from an apple orchard and a state park for hiking, picnic, and water. We loved our stay with our pups.

You must have a vehicle as we are 3 miles from downtown Cooperstown. There is a taxis service and also Uber just started in the area.
