Located on a country road, this house is all new inside rebuilt in 2016. It has new appliances, leather couch & chairs, flat screen TV's in all rooms, huge washer/dryer, queen beds, outdoor deck and furniture. The house is 3 miles to downtown area, 1.8 miles the Dreams Park and 2.6 miles to Ommegang Brewery.

Activities nearby: Susquehanna River activities, Goodyear Lake, Otsego Lake, golf, hiking, Cooperstown shopping . Also, Ommegang Brewery, Red Shed Brewery is 2 miles south of the house. Great places for lunch or dinner!
