**** Summer rental from June to August please use ONE guest for the pricing. Also check out time is 9 am *****From September to May please list the number of guests staying to get the proper pricing. We charge additional fees after 2 guests. Check out time is 11 am. *****We also have a $100 fee for a pet (dogs only) per stay. Location is awesome! This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on a quiet street with several restaurants within walking distance.

Good to know

Large living/dining room area with a 55 inch flat screen TV. Washer/dryer located in the kitchen. There are four queen bedrooms with a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. The first floor has a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. We have plenty of backyard space for picnic and/or grilling.

Dave’s place was great. Perfect place to stay , if you’re doing Cooperstown Allstar village . It was only a 3 minutes drive down to the fields . I reached out to Dave while there , he responded right away . I highly recommend staying at 2 Murdock .

We were in town for baseball and this place is great! Location couldn’t be any better. Comfortable sleeping, well equipped kitchen and laundry, etc. Dave was very responsive to the couple things we asked. Really enjoyed the French toast at Nicks and the variety at the Eggplant.

This is our second stay at Dave's place, and we found it to be an easy choice for a group of traveling academics visiting Hartwick College. Beds were very comfortable, laundry machines were brand new and fantastic, and the neighborhood is quiet. We hope to be back again.

Dave's place was exactly what we needed, even with our last minute adjustments. A comfortable space, close to restaurants, and close to family. Even our pup was happy with his stay! Will absolutely stay at Dave's the next time we're in town!! Thank you Dave!!
