We came for a baseball tournament at All Star Village. The house was very spacious and had everything we could need, including a washer and dryer. It allowed us to buy groceries and cook at home instead of going out every day. Very close to everything you need.

Dave was an amazing host, very responsive! The apartment was very convenient to the fields at All Star Village. It had all the comforts of home and made our stay so easy. Very clear check in and out instructions, Dave went above and beyond in answering all our questions and was always available if we needed to reach out.

Dave is amazing. At first our stay went a little sideways. There was a water leak when we woke up (completely out of Dave’s control) and he was very fast to respond. Within a couple of hours he moved us into another one of his unit’s and we couldn’t have been happier. We were there for our son’s baseball tournaments, the schedules are tight and the places to stay are minimal, so needless to say Dave saved us a lot of stress that morning. I would definitely recommend you stay at Dave’s places, he was awesome! Also, his co-manager was so nice and quick to respond to check out the problem right away! Thanks so much!

We had a great stay at Dave's. Apartment was spacious, spotless, and came with all amenities that we needed throughout the week. Dave was incredibly responsive, and gave us thorough details covering everything about the apartment. We were in town for the baseball tournament, which made the location very convenient for trips back and forth to the baseball fields. We were able to walk into town a few times throughout the week as well. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough. We were up for a Cooperstown tournament and the hotels were just not an option. Which ended up being a great thing because having a full private space that was clean, spacious enough for us and our other son staying with us, had everything we could need and was 5 minutes to the fields was amazing. Dave is the best host. Super responsive, clutch on restaurant recommendations and helpful with anything we needed. This isn’t his only place in the area and he does this in a very professional way. No hesitations here folks. Book it.
