The proximity to downtown, parks, restaurants, shopping, hiking, colleges makes this property attractive. Day trips are not too far for lakes, breweries and wineries. This house is special because it’s where I grew up in. I love sharing my house.

The house is walking distance to a convenience store for odds and ends. Wilber park is 500 feet away, (swings, basketball court, fields, pools), Churches, downtown, restaurants, colleges are walking distance. It’s a safe neighborhood. I grew up here. Some families dwellings around and easy traffic.

Guest access

This is an upstairs apartment with plenty of parking in the left driveway. It has a key less entry with a code.

Walking, biking are a healthy alternative to getting around. There is bus service and plenty of taxi services. Nearest airports are Binghamton or Albany and train (Amtrak), is Schenectady or Albany.
