We stayed at this historic 1890 home in Oneonta with four families while in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament, and it was the perfect choice for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, and the original woodwork throughout is absolutely beautiful—such a unique touch that really added to the experience. While there was limited air conditioning on the main level, it was surprisingly comfortable even during 90+ degree days. All of the bedrooms had air conditioning units, so sleeping was very comfortable, and everyone in our large group had plenty of space. This property was a great fit for multiple families traveling together, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Our trip to Oneonta was amazing! We had a wonderful week-long stay while our son played at All Star Village. The location was incredibly convenient. It was only a short drive to the fields and close to restaurants and grocery stores as well. The condo was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The host was great to work with. He was clear and timely with directions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our baseball trip, and we’d definitely recommend it to other families coming to All Star Village.

Dave was a great host and had a great place to stay. It was the perfect location close to All Star Village while we were there for our son’s baseball tournament. My dogs loved being there too and the neighborhood was perfect to take them on walks. Would definitely recommend Dave’s place.

Dave’s property was super clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Bed was super comfortable which helps when traveling. Having laundry downstairs was very convenient. Dave was very kind and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a great stay in Cooperstown. Our group was here to watch our boys play at Dreams Park. The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the remodeled house and the close proximity to Jive Cafe for breakfast and lunch- as well as Bocca for dinner- almost every night. Thanks Dave for being a wonderful host. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Our family has stayed in 3 AirBnB's in Oneonta for Cooperstown baseball events. Dave's place was the cleanest, nicest, and closer to Allstar Village than any other place we've stayed in. He's done a nice job refurbishing an older house with modern amenities and tasteful remodeling. The house is well furnished with great commercial washer and dryer (complete with detergent and dryer sheets!). The neighborhood is safe. After unloading jackets and shopping bags, I inadvertently left the rear lift gate open on our rented SUV all night. I came out the next morning and all our stuff in the back was still there.... baseball bleacher seats, jackets, etc!!! We have 2 more grandsons that will probably play at Cooperstown in the next 3 years and staying at Dave's place is our plan. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, convenient, and Dave is super helpful and responsive.

Dave’s place was perfect for our stay in the area for a baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was fully stocked and Dave was so helpful! We would absolutely recommend this to other baseball families!

Dave’s place was great. Perfect place to stay , if you’re doing Cooperstown Allstar village . It was only a 3 minutes drive down to the fields . I reached out to Dave while there , he responded right away . I highly recommend staying at 2 Murdock .
