Dave’s home is a 5min drive from the downtown of Cooperstown but also conveniently 5min the other direction from great breweries making it very central to our getaway plans! 15-20min in either direction also gets you to great farms/orchards. We were also able to watch the baseball post season games from the living room TV raku with no issue which is great for being in a baseball town! The heat works great (instructions were clear in the check in note). The pack and play (babytrend brand) crib was clean and worked well for our 6 week old baby. We brought our own sheets for this and watched a quick YouTube video to learn the proper set up on locking it. Very clean and easy stay.

There is no way this is not the best vacation rental opportunity in all of Cooperstown NY. The place sort of looks like an old farmhouse on the exterior, and given its location, it fits into the countryside nicely. But inside you find every amenity, ample space, upgraded flooring and bathroom and kitchen and living. I was solo, but I could see this being perfect for a family of 4 or more, or even for the boys of summer that must visit to play baseball and visit the Hall of Fame. This is what airbnb is all about. Perfection.

This was a clean home, well stocked and comfortable. Easy 5 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown. Known for the Baseball Museum, but also quaint shopping and restaurants. Minutes from an apple orchard and a state park for hiking, picnic, and water. We loved our stay with our pups.

Dave’s place was just perfect! All we had to bring was our suitcase—it had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to beautiful bathrooms and a super fun, comfy living space. Everything was spotless and felt really welcoming. Dave was always quick to help if we needed anything. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Dave’s house was wonderful! Five elegant and updated bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area. My family of 6 was in town for a wedding and the house worked out perfectly. Our host Dave was terrific.

Dave was helpful and communicated well during our stay. We had a son playing at Cooperstown All Star Village, and this was conveniently located between the fields, restaurants, and shopping.

We stayed at this historic 1890 home in Oneonta with four families while in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament, and it was the perfect choice for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, and the original woodwork throughout is absolutely beautiful—such a unique touch that really added to the experience. While there was limited air conditioning on the main level, it was surprisingly comfortable even during 90+ degree days. All of the bedrooms had air conditioning units, so sleeping was very comfortable, and everyone in our large group had plenty of space. This property was a great fit for multiple families traveling together, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Our trip to Oneonta was amazing! We had a wonderful week-long stay while our son played at All Star Village. The location was incredibly convenient. It was only a short drive to the fields and close to restaurants and grocery stores as well. The condo was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The host was great to work with. He was clear and timely with directions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our baseball trip, and we’d definitely recommend it to other families coming to All Star Village.
