Dave's place was just as advertised and more! It had the comforts of being home while traveling. The location was great (close to everything). Dave and Frank were very helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. I highly recommend staying here!

We went to Cooperstown for my hubbys 40th. This home is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown and we were really happy for the privacy and comfort of a home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the equipment and utensils etc were is wonderful shape and made cooking feel at home. The home was very comfortable for our family of four which included an infant- she slept well in the provided travel crib which we really appreciated. Dave was very responsive. We recommend this lovely well equipped home for your travel!
